Lena is my mother. The woman who raised me. The woman that taught me how to be confident and classy. The woman that taught me to be stylish but with my own twist.
I loss my mom 4/7/17. I can say that was the worse day of my life, took the breath right out of my lungs. After her death I didn’t want to create anything. I don’t believe I made a piece of jewelry for almost 2 years; then one day I heard her, her voice, telling me that it was time to get back to it. So here I am! The dope girl turned woman from Southside Jamaica Queens! I began making jewelry in 2010. I have always been creative but never knew I had a desire to make jewelry until I was going to a concert and needed a pair of earrings to match my outfit. I made them and then started making items for others. My jewelry has been in fashion shows and videos. One of my customers even wore my piece on the news when she was interviewed about her salon. I was so hype! I then felt like I wanted my creativity to be a stronger reflection of my Mommy. She loved “smell goods”, so I learned to make bath and body products. Welcome to LenaLoveLather! ♥️♥️♥️
